Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Allfone Tech Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”).

By accessing this website, booking a service, or purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Services, Repairs, and Transactions

  • All services are performed with reasonable care and skill.
     
  • Full payment is required before goods are released or services are completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw services at our discretion, including where misuse, dishonesty, or unreasonable behaviour is suspected.
     

Quotes, Estimates, and Additional Faults

  • Any price provided before inspection is an estimate only.
     
  • Final pricing may change if additional faults, internal damage, prior repairs, or liquid damage are discovered during assessment.
     
  • No additional work will be carried out without customer approval.
     

Water Damage Repairs (Important)

  • Devices that have been exposed to liquid or moisture are inherently unpredictable.
     
  • Water damage repairs are assessment-based only and do not guarantee full or long-term functionality.
     
  • Corrosion and damage may continue to develop after repair, even if the device initially appears to function correctly.
     

By authorising a water damage repair, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The device may fail during or after the repair process
     
  • Further faults may arise at any time
     
  • Data loss may occur
     
  • No warranty is provided on water-damaged devices unless explicitly stated in writing
     

No refund, replacement, or free rework will be provided for water-damaged devices unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Data Loss Disclaimer

  • You are solely responsible for backing up all data before any repair or service.
     
  • We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of data, including contacts, photos, messages, or files.
     
  • Repairs may involve software resets, component replacement, or power cycling that can result in data loss.
     

By proceeding with a repair, you accept this risk.

Warranty and Refunds

  • Our repair warranty applies only to the specific part or service performed.
     
  • The warranty does not cover:
     
    • Liquid or moisture damage
       
    • Physical or impact damage after repair
       
    • Pre-existing or underlying faults
       
    • Electrical or board-level faults unrelated to the repair
       
    • Damage caused by misuse, software modification, or third-party repairs
       

Where a reported issue is found to be unrelated to the service performed, no refund, replacement, or free repair will be provided.

Unreasonable Claims and Free Service Requests

We are not required to provide refunds, replacements, or free services where:

  • The service was completed correctly and as agreed
     
  • The issue raised is unrelated to the work performed
     
  • Damage occurred after collection
     
  • The claim is made in bad faith or in an attempt to obtain free services
     

We reserve the right to close a matter and refuse further service where a claim is unfounded.

Customer Conduct

You must not engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or unreasonable behaviour toward staff.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cease communication
     
  • Refuse future service
     
  • Restrict access to our services
     

where such behaviour occurs.

Accuracy, Availability, and Downtime

We take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. We are not liable for losses caused by website downtime or reliance on website information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and layout, is the property of Allfone Tech Hub and must not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Queensland courts.

Return and Refund Policy

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all goods and services provided by Allfone Tech Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing goods or booking services with us, you agree to this policy.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes:

  • Phone repairs once work has commenced
     
  • Installed parts
     
  • Opened accessories or packaging
     
  • Software services or diagnostics
     

2. Faulty or Defective Goods

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty.

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund if:

  • The item is faulty or defective
     
  • The fault was not caused by misuse, impact, or liquid damage
     
  • The issue relates directly to the supplied product
     

For major faults, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For minor faults, we may repair or replace the item.

3. Repair Services

  • Repair services are non-refundable once completed, unless the service is proven faulty
     
  • Warranty applies only to the specific part repaired or replaced
     
  • Warranty does not cover:
     
    • Physical damage
       
    • Liquid or corrosion damage
       
    • Drops, misuse, or further faults
       
    • Software issues or third-party repairs
       

4. Water & Liquid Damage

Devices with liquid or corrosion damage:

  • Are assessed case by case
     
  • Cannot be accurately quoted online
     
  • Are not eligible for refunds if additional faults arise due to corrosion
     

Liquid damage repairs carry no guarantee, as internal damage may progress over time.

5. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be requested within 7 days of purchase
     
  • Include proof of purchase
     
  • Be returned in original condition (where applicable)
     

Items returned damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
     
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
     
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
     

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, contact us before returning any item.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
     
  • A description of the issue
     
  • Photos or videos where relevant
     

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
